Bully Billy
"Bully Billy" is the ninth episode in Season 1 of Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends Wooden Railway Stories
Plot
Billy is a new engine on the Island of Sodor. While on the Island, he quickly befriends Duncan. The two like to play jokes on other engines. They start out with Diesel. When Diesel becomes derailed, Sir Topham Hatt gives them a warning. Once they get the trucks and cargo they need, they find Arthur pulling a fuel car. They figure he would be the perfect engine to scare. When they scare him, Arthur becomes derailed. Billy and Duncan quickly drop off the cargo and trucks at Knapford Station. They hoped they would get away with it, until Sir Topham Hatt showed up. He heard them talking about what they did to Arthur. Billy and Duncan are unaware Sir Topham Hatt knows about it. After trying to get the truth out of them, Sir Topham Hatt brings over Alfie to tell him the truth. As punishment, Sir Topham Hatt gives Billy and Duncan both Diesel and Arthur's workload.
